Fibromyalgia
Treatment Program
Fibromyalgia is one of many conditions that we treat.
An estimated 4 million Americans suffer from Fibromyalgia,
which is a debilitating condition characterized by anxiety,
depression, fatigue, sleep disturbances, and chronic
muscular pain. It is Twin Hills Health Center’s
goal to reach out to those who suffer from Fibromyalgia,
and to offer help and hope. We have a 3 phase treatment
program in place that has proven to be effective. If you or someone you know may be suffering from Fibromyalgia, please contact us for more information or to schedule a complimentary consultation with one of our doctors.
Spinal Stenosis
Spinal Stenosis refers to the narrowing of the spinal canal. This narrowing puts pressure on the spinal cord, often resulting in pain. Symptoms can include neck pain, but more commonly present as low back pain, with or without leg pain. Narrowing of the spinal canal is typically caused by arthritis, disc herniations, and weakness of the muscles that surround the spine. Our goal is to determine the cause and to treat spinal stenosis using a multi-disciplinary approach that includes rehabilitation, Mechanical Traction, and chiropractic care. If you or someone you know may be suffering from Spinal Stenosis, please contact us for more information or to schedule a complimentary consultation with one of our doctors. |

Carpal Tunnel
Carpal Tunnel Syndrome is a repetitive strain injury that results in numbness and tingling of the hand, most noticeable in the thumb, pointer and middle fingers. The numbness and tingling occurs when the median nerve is compressed. This nerve compression can occur at the carpal tunnel- true carpal tunnel syndrome- or it can occur in many places from your wrist to your neck, giving you carpal tunnel-like symptoms. After a comprehensive examination, treatment usually includes chiropractic care, rehabilitation, and an ergonomic assessment. If you or someone you know may be suffering from Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, please contact us for more information or to schedule a complimentary consultation with one of our doctors.

Sciatica
Sciatica or Piriformis syndrome, occurs when your pelvis is misaligned, therefore causing the muscles of the pelvis and hips to go into spasm. When one of these muscles – the “Piriformis”- goes into spasm, it squeezes or pinches on the sciatic nerve. Pain going down to your knee, after walking, bending, and driving is very common. In some severe instances, the pain may go all the way down to the back of your foot. Our effective treatment program combines rehabilitation and chiropractic care to relieve the muscle spasm. If you or someone you know may be suffering from Sciatica, please contact us for more information or to schedule a complimentary consultation with one of our doctors. |
